Sylvia's history: Built in 1948 in the Jensen Werft in Hamburg and originally named Freddy. Freddy was then sold on two years later to a new owner who named the boat after his daughter, Sylvia, in 1950. Sylvia then moved on to Rostock-Warnemuende where she worked as a shuttle, carrying yacht harbour residents back and forth.
